We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. From time to time products may be out of stock and it may be impossible to do so. If this is the case we will inform you by email and give you the option to wait on the arrival of new stock, or we will offer you an alternative item. If you require a certain item to be dispatched sooner, please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you.
Any items with express delivery and fast dispatch are usually shipped within 24hrs. However please note, if your order consists of items with express delivery and items with longer lead times your whole order will take longer to dispatch. We can only ship your order once all the items in your order are ready for dispatch.
If you require items sooner please contact a member of the sales team as we may have alternative options we can offer you to help speed up your order.
How will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver majority of orders by our own Bathshack vans, some orders can be sent Via courier company (mainly orders to the mainland UK) if your order is coming via courier this will be kerb side delivery only. Smaller orders will be sent via DPD. You will be contacted 24 hours before your delivery is due to confirm the exact day of delivery.
What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?
When we call to let you know when your delivery is coming you can advise us to leave your delivery in a safe place if you are not going to be there. Please be sure to check your order for any missing items or damages and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
What's your returns policy?
At bathshack we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order please follow the returns policy here.
What discounts do you offer?
Here at Bathshack we understand that everybody loves a great deal on their new bathroom. So we've made a great deal easy for you to find. You can find a wide range of discounts and offers here.
Do you offer an installation service?
No we do not, we only supply the products. We can recommend installers however they are completely independent and do not work for or with Bathshack.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we currently have 9. We have 7 in Northern Ireland, Dargan Crescent Belfast, Boucher Road Belfast, Lisburn, Ballymena and our newest stores to open are in Coleraine and Antrim. We then have two in the Republic of Ireland in Dublin and Cork.
Can I collect my order from your showroom?
Unfortunately you cannot collect from showrooms as the stock in these locations are solely for display purposes. You can however collect from our warehouse in Antrim once you have confirmed a collection slot with one of our sales consultants.
Do I need to book an appointment?
We do advise that you book an appointment in order to get one on one time with one of our sales consultants, however an appointment is not mandatory. You are welcome to come on in whenever you like. Once someone is available they will be straight over to assist with any questions you may have.
