Tileshack donates to Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary
Our new tileshack showroom on the Shore Road, Belfast, gives customers the opportunity to see working bathroom displays, including a steam room.
Tileshack at Hutton’s is located at the former Hutton Tiles Ltd site, with the showroom now fully refitted with fresh products and displays. Part of the Bathshack brand, Tileshack at Hutton’s will also feature various bathroom-ware, including working displays such as a fully functional Whirlpool bath, so customers can see products in action.
Managing Director, Peter Dunlop, said: “We’ve refitted the showroom to display a large range of tiles and wood flooring, along with mosaic tiling, outdoor porcelain tiles, wall panelling and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring. The main focus is on the tiling with this showroom, which is new for us, so there’ll be a different feel to the store because it’s coming predominantly from a tile perspective instead of bathroom-ware.
“There will, however, be some bathroom-ware on-site too, from our Bathshack brand. This includes a steam room, so customers can see first-hand how quickly it heats up – along with underfloor heating. We’ll also be stocking products for easy customer pickup and serving trade clients. We’re doing some opening offers to celebrate the launch as well, so we encourage people to call in to have a look around.”
To celebrate the official opening of Tileshack at Hutton’s, we've donated tiles to Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary, which has been rescuing and rehoming unwanted dogs and cats for almost 30 years. The tiles will be used in the sanctuary’s indoor training barn space, which is used to provide enrichment activities for the dogs, as well as for ‘meet and greets’ with potential adopters, dog training and other activities.
Margaret Wade, Animal Welfare Manager at Mid Antrim Animal Sanctuary, said the donation was much appreciated and would be put to good use in the Sanctuary's barn area. “This is a huge help because our Training Barn was very much in need of repair and the level of damage had resulted in limiting our use of it,” she said. “As we are a non-profit, independent registered charity with no external funding this generous donation from Tileshack is really valuable to us.”
We look forward to welcoming new and existing customers into our Tileshack at Huttons store!
