If you’re looking for a stylish new toilet for your bathroom then Martin’s latest ‘top pick product’ will be right up your street. The Olympia Milady Fully Back-to-wall Close-coupled Toilet and Soft-close Seat comes in a choice of modern matt black or the more classic white finish and has a sleek aesthetic which will look great in any contemporary home.

“The Olympia Milady Toilet is a very modern, sleek close-coupled back-to-wall toilet,” says Martin. “It has a rimless design to allow for easier cleaning and that also makes it more hygienic, generally. Olympia is a very high-quality Italian-made product – and you can see that straight away when you look at this product.”
With organic curves in its smooth, rounded toilet pan and a slim soft-close lid, the Olympia Milady is a designer product which will enhance any space, combining style and functionality to great effect.
For his recommended tile product, Martin has opted for the Asphalt Mud Tiles range, which comes in three variations. These include the rectangular-shaped Asphalt Mud Rectified and Tip Asphalt Sawn-effect Rectified Tiles, along with the larger square Asphalt Mud Rectified Tiles.
A popular choice with many customers, the Asphalt range is used in everything from luxury hotels to modern-build homes and has a natural concrete-effect aesthetic which will complement a variety of décor.
“This is a nice modern tile which is very easy to blend into any setting with its neutral warm tones,” says Martin. “You’re not streamlined into a certain colour scheme, which makes it a very popular option for many people.”

The more textured look of the Tip Asphalt Sawn-effect Rectified Tiles.
Suitable for use as both a wall and floor tile, the square Asphalt Mud Tiles are very versatile and have a grey base tone with a speckled-effect on top featuring white along with warm cream and gold tones. The overall look is that of natural stone and the rectified edges mean the tiles can be laid closely together with minimal grouting, creating a more seamless, cohesive appearance.
The rectangular versions of the Asphalt Mud Tiles subsequently have a choice of two finishes, with the same look of the square tile and then with the addition of the Tip Sawn-effect rectified style. Both have that precise finish with the rectified edges, while the latter also features a more textured surface, with fine diagonal lines etched onto the tiles for added detail.
The two rectangular tiles, meanwhile – which have a metro-style look – are suitable for use as wall tiles, so could easily be mixed and matched with the larger-format square tiles, as preferred.
